WHO WE ARE
LB3's principal is Len Brooks, an experienced executive with > 25 years in the Financial Services and FinTech sectors. LB3 has been born out of Len's passion to help organizations execute upon complex change, plan their future and grow their leadership team.
Len has led organizations through significant change, including: acquisitions, divestitures, and business exits. Len's extensive leadership experience has ranged from a small entrepreneurial software firm to large, complex, globally diversified financial institutions.

Helping You Thrive
A large global organization decided to exit the Canadian marketplace, impacting 30+ clients and over 600 staff. Len successfully led the execution of this business closure. Included in the scope was the direct transfer of 200 staff and related assets to one client, while delivering on career transition plans for the remaining staff. This complex undertaking also included negotiating client and vendor exits. Client and employee satisfaction scores remained high throughout the transition period.
Software Business Sale and Lease Back
Len acted as business lead for a significant transaction, whereby an IT outsourcing business was sold, inclusive of staff, client contracts, hardware, intellectual property, and a office sub-lease. Coupled with the sale, Len negotiated a services agreement with the acquiring firm, in excess of $120 million, for continued use of the services. The transaction was completed in approximately four months, and was well received by clients and employees alike.

During Len's extensive career he has been responsible for teams greater than 600 people, managing people across eight countries and four continents. Under Len's leadership, employee satisfaction scores increased an average of 8% annually, with even larger increases in Manager Effectiveness.
